Agreement & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WorkSearch (worksearch.work), operated for the United Arab Emirates labour market. By registering or using the platform you agree to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Accounts & subscriptions

Applicants and employers must provide accurate profile information. Subscription plans (Applicant, Employer, Agency) are billed in AED via Wix Pricing Plans. Plan limits on job posts, messages, and applications are enforced automatically.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. WorkSearch may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable UAE regulations.

Platform use

Job listings must relate to lawful employment in the UAE. Employers must not misrepresent visa, salary, or accommodation terms. Candidates must not submit fraudulent documents.

Visa and work-permit packages sold in the store are processing services subject to separate product descriptions and government requirements.
